01General provisions

By using umakcatering.rs and our catering services you accept these terms of use. Umak Ketering reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time; changes take effect when published on this page. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Serbian version prevails.

02Services

Umak Ketering provides food preparation and delivery for birthday parties, slavas, cocktail receptions and corporate events in Belgrade and the surrounding area. The offers, prices and menus on the website are for information purposes and may change without prior notice; the final offer is agreed in person or through the contact form.

03Orders and reservations

An order is considered confirmed once the details (menu, number of guests, date and delivery address) have been agreed between the customer and a representative of Umak Ketering. For larger celebrations we recommend booking at least 5 days in advance, so that we have enough time to prepare.

04Prices and payment

Prices on the website are in Serbian dinars (RSD) per person, unless stated otherwise. The final price depends on the chosen menu, the number of guests and any additional services, and is confirmed before the order is carried out.

05Cancellations and changes

An order can be cancelled or changed with timely notice. Cancellation terms and any fees depend on the size of the order and how close the event date is, and are agreed individually when the reservation is confirmed.

06Liability

Umak Ketering prepares food in accordance with the applicable hygiene and health standards. Customers are obliged to inform us in good time of any allergies or special dietary requirements, so that we can adapt the menu accordingly.

07Intellectual property

The content of the website, including text, photographs and the logo, is the property of Umak Ketering and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
